If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can easily exchange or refund. Just follow the instructions and submit a return/exchange request on your order page and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.
Customers only pay once for shipping (including returns); no restocking fees are charged to consumers when products are returned.
Need a different size, color or pattern? As long as it is in stock, it can be easily exchanged.
Return the returned item in its original packaging with the original label to our Return Center. We will refund your original payment method within one week.
- Purchases can be returned or exchanged within 14 days (14 days or more) from the date of receipt.
- Items must be in unused, undamaged original packaging with all original labels, ensuring that all items in the packaging are intact

If your order is cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, your order will be refunded in full. If you decide to cancel your order, please submit a Contact Us help ticket. A 15% cancellation fee will be charged for orders cancelled more than 24 hours after purchase but prior to shipping. We will not accept order cancellation requests if the order has shipped.
Items that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer is responsible for shipping costs. The specific cost should depend on the courier company you choose.
If, due to us, the goods received are damaged or incorrect, the consumer is not responsible for the shipping costs.
